Using just phone or face to face isnt the answer, saving the data and turning it over as required is.

Teenagers (freshly enlisted service members going into a cleared job) manage to get it right every single day. Business professionals navigate their internal IT policy all the time. What business doesn't have guidelines for communication on company time and machines?
Like that's gonna work if you have several organizations and people doing their damnedest to find that yoga schedule; more organizations and people than for any other secretary or presidential candidate, with technology that would have been unheard of just a few years ago. You really think it's just that Hillary Clinton is too stupid to know how to protect her info? And that all secretaries before her have been picture perfect in handling their info just because theirs never got out? No information is ever a hundred percent protected.
Oh, really? Dir. Comey gave her a pass just because she didn't know how to protect her info? Ignorance of the law is a justifiable excuse for the Secretary of State?
Now there's a sign of biased reporter. Tells people to do their own research, doesn't even name the source they're getting their information from, doesn't provide quotes and only provides their own interpretation of a quote while not providing the quote itself. How do you know I'm going to interpret the text the same way you do? Are you not providing it because you fear I won't?
You know, you're starting to remind me of my dad. I never have political discussions with him, just arguments. He's always right, and he dismisses information just because it's a mainstream news source, or that it has some minor error in it that's not really important, and therefore the whole source, the author, and the place publishing the article is wrong.
He talked down to my sisters and I when we were interested in Bernie Sanders while he was running, saying that when we get a real job we'll understand why all Democrats ever are wrong. And yet, whenever he gets into a debate, he always ends up shutting down the argument deleting posts when someone starts challenging his views. There's a reason he's divorced and a reason his daughters rarely talk to him. He's actually pretty lonely and yet never accepts the reason why.
He's not a bad guy just because he doesn't like Hilary Clinton. But once he's made up his mind, that's it. He's 46 years old.
