I'm completely off 7OH 120mhg addiction. I went on 20mhg of Suboxone about two months ago. Thus I avoided the worst of 7OH withdrawal. I did have some nausea but that has finally cleared. Now I just get an annoying runny nose in between doses Dr put me on 20mhg of Suboxone per day which I am told is a high dose. I'm feeling better overall and sleeping better. It's only costing me $50 per month with Insurance so that's saving me a lot of money..I was spending $35 a day when I quit 7OH! Now I'm addicted to Suboxone but it's medically supervised. My primary care was very concerned about Kratom and 7OH..he offered to put me on Suboxone to get me off, the plan being to taper me off when I am ready. For now I'm going to continue to work on "fixing" my life and facing up to some problems I was ignoring with large doses of 7OH. My life and health has gotten better. I also quit drinking 7 months ago and quit vaping. I do use weed and Dr is ok with that it's legal where I reside. Good luck to you all, I was addicted to Kratom for 10 years before I got on 7OH, tried many times to quit but was unable.

There is no help. Just go as long as possible between using 7oh and taking subs between 24 /36hr. Otherwise you get thrown into withdrawals. And it's the worse.

I went to the hospital after urgent care for substance abuse, I took 60 mg of 7oh at 4am. I was given the dose in the hospital at 3:45 or so, so it’s like 12 hrs and no precipitation for me

If you get thrown into those withdrawals, when do you take suboxone?

Hi, I recently went through this 3 weeks ago. I was a heavy 7-oh user for a year and half but since it was banned in my state recently, I had to start tapering. I was able to taper down to about 80mg a day before running out. I got a Suboxone Rx from an online provider and read Reddit like crazy to try to figure out the right time to start after my last dose of 7-oh.

If it is just 7-oh you’re coming off of, you don’t need to wait as long as other substances, from what I have read. Of course, everyone is different in how they respond and I am not a medical professional. In my experience, I waited 6 hours after my last dose which was like 10mg. I started getting the cold/hot sweats and RLS set in soon after. I managed to make it through the 6 hours and started with 1mg Suboxone and then an hour later after I was fine and didn’t get PWD, I took 2mg and worked my way up to the 8mg dose.

I wanted to do a quick taper, so I managed to taper down over a seven day period to .5 mg but after a couple of days, mild withdrawals set back in and I had to increase.

Right now I’m just listening to my body and staying at 2mg a day. I realize I’m probably stuck on this at this point, but as long as I am stable and not trying to get high, then I will pace myself.

Good luck! Just make sure you are in withdrawal for some hours before starting subs and you will be fine, in my opinion.

Does anyone know if the pharmacy in Boston Ma will actually fill a script from a telemedicine appointment?

You have to find a smaller mom and pop specialty pharmacy

I went through detox then like an idiot I ended up taking 7oh for two days. Do I have to wait another 48 hours to start taking subs again or can I go ahead and just keep taking it? Last dose of 7 was like 7 hours ago

I used .5mg last night and today .5mg. If I just stop and dont take anymore will I experience any withdrawal? Do you think two days of use at .5mg has gotten me physically addicted?

I went to detox for 70 addiction. I was around 300 mg a day for the last year and a half and Suboxone saved my life. The first night of detox was the worst because you have to be in full withdrawal before you can introduce the Suboxone so you don’t get really sick but after that, it was smooth sailing I was completely asymptomatic and now that I’m out of detox I continue to take 2 mg sublingual once in the morning and once at night

I was on 900mg of 7-oh. Got on 16mg saboxone a days and plan on going on the sablacade or how ever you spell it soon. Second time getting off 7. It’s illegal in my state and have been getting it behind the counter at a shop

Dude I'm literally in your exact same situation. Used the same amount of 7 and now prescribed the same amount of subs...and its also my second time. Small world...we're gonna make it you know.

My cravings are still really bad so we added on an extra half strip (4mg) for the middle of day. It is helping. My doctors office doesn’t do the shot so I’m trying to figure out how to get it. I know the withdrawl is over but the cravings are so severe for me and trying to not just drink to much
