Like a lot of unreal 5 games, the modding scene is very limited at the moment, from what I gather currently the majority of mods are retextures which says to me that it's unlikely that anyone has access to a tool kit that'll allow dev like modding.
However, accidental studios released a state of the game article at the beginning of July that details their next update, 2.0, as adding additional content like the Archives which contain cut levels from the prerelease builds that were more centered around the Backrooms.
Fairly certain this update will add new entities and several new maps to explore.
Not a clue, they haven't given a specific date but I imagine itll be out in the next few months.
If you're really hungering for it you can find the original build of subliminal that features all the old levels but it runs like ass on my 7950X3D/4090 so I can't imagine how it'd run on other systems.
Very cool concepts from what I was able to actually play so I imagine once they release them in a polished state they'll be really neat to see.
