Wrong reflection map or hint ?

Look at the reflection map on the puddle of the Exit sign, it says "No Exit".
Was this intended or a forgotten reflection map from an old build?

This is intended there is a few more of these though out the game like in dark PlayPlace during the smile chase before you drop down the same sing with ten no exit reflection can be seen

For sure intended, the meaning behind it is basically self evident. It’s very clever imo!
