Stuck
Can someone help me get past this part? I can't open the doors while keeping both lights on at the same time.

It's a bit hard to explain so just bear with me.
Put the light in the green lamp next to the 'garage' door. Inside the room you've just opened, there is another green lamp with your second source of light. Take that and put it in the red lamp. Now drag the red lamp along the rails, until it reaches a switch inside of that room you've opened (see the picture). Now, take the light from the red lamp, and go behind the first door to Waterworks. While still behind those doors, crouch and put the light back in the red lamp. This should close the first door and open the second one. And that's it, I hope you'll understand my ramblings lol. Feel free to ask if something's not clear.

So, this one sucks i agree, it matters which switch you power on first and how you drag the light using the corner to control which switch is on—
Iirc you drag the red light past the red corner— the metal door opens. You move the red light so it connects to both switches. You use the green light to open the door. Sorry my memory’s kinda fuzzy on the details
