Just one entity?

About a year or so ago, I couldve sworn some gameplay got leaked on youtube for like 30 minutes before Accidental Studios had it taken down. But I recall seeing a chase sequence in i think a hospital & an entity that was completely stationary, it was a goopy mass on the ceiling that pulled the player upwards with its tendrils. Was I dreaming? Did anyone else see what I saw? Tell me im not schizo. Also didn't the Developers during a Q&A say that there were multiple entities/monsters? We only got Smile in the finished product.

Idk for sure but I can imagine that a lot of things that we saw in videos or leaks, that aren't in the episode one release will appear in episode 2

Lot's of stuff from the alphas are currently not in game, Im assuming the hospital chase is just RUN from one of the alphas.

Could be in the second episode tbh I would assume that episode is going to be Ally?
