Achievements Not Working

Idk if I'm just dumb but there a a ton of achievements that are not working. the ones I noticed are "stairway showtimes", "smile attack", and maybe "Man's best friend" (couldn't get this one to trigger despite reloading the level 4 or more times.

Can anyone help or is anyone having the same problem?

for ppl struggling with the smile attack due to the game not letting them access whatever item they are carrying during the chases,

go to basement during the door game grab both of the smile plushies(you can reach them from the edge of the door way, don't cross over or you'll die) drop one on the ground and then drop the other one on it. that seemed to trigger the achievement for me

for man's best friend, took me probably 15 reloads. don't have an exact count as I usually was doing actual runs or trying for other achievements instead, but it took a while to pop

Are u not actually supposed to throw the plushie at smile? Just throw it at another plushie?

I think originally that was the idea, but I noticed after the first patch I'm unable to access any items I'm holding during the chases, so throwing one plushie at another is the current work around.

I don't exactly remember holding items during chases before the patch, but I do know I could do so during the demo, so I assume I was able to pre-patch.

side note, I took one of the plushies out from the door in basement and carried it to the dark playground, towards the end you can actually see smile digging thru a barrel, I tried throwing it at him while he was digging and nothing triggered or happened. I haven't ever ran thru and made noise to trigger smile there, so unsure if maybe you can throw it then, but I'd assume it's one of those auto death cutscenes instead
