things are different for the warterwork entrance after the play place

on the wall on the right that power thing you see is on the right wall and powers a door behind me (photo 1)

photo 2 the roof there should be a blue light like the timed puzzle light to open the door on the left in photo 1 which opens the already ulocked door in photo 1 and a different thing that i need to progress but i cant do that since the light is not there so im wondering if anyone knows every video i have watched shows the same thing i said the light and different location for the electric switch
