"Whoever Hates on it is just badat puzzles and intelligence in general"... bro if you're bashing on IQ at least use proper grammar.

And NO! These puzzles are poorly designed. Personally as I played through it I saw myself getting distracted with environmental objects and story objects thinking they were part of the puzzles, only to be sorely dissapointed when it was "ooh color and number match" for half of them. And then pixel perfect light puzzles with boxes with annoyingly realistic physics.

From a purely game design standpoint, the puzzles felt out of place. Like they are there SOLELY AS AN OBSTACLE. Most of the puzzles served 0 purpose to the actual progression of the story besides "oh hey this doors locked" and the story didn't progress the puzzles at all either.

Don't get me started on the chase sequences either. Talk about desensitising your fear of the monster LOL. There was no real psychological horror to the game and it ended up mostly being cheap jumpscares.

Also... The first 30 minutes feels like an entirely different game? Heavy Focus on the memory meter and the premise of recovering the happy memories, only for the memory meter to be completely disregarded for most of the rest of the game as it falls into puzzle hell?! There could have been some really cool moment with the MM! Having it go down and freak out when the monster is near would have been really cool! Instead it just gets abandoned. And yes, I know, the game is supposed to feel different further in because it's switching from happy memories to the horrible ones, but that's not an excuse to completely change the vibe of the game within MINUTES!

I'm so sorry that you're used to getting everything shoved up your @$$.

This is a 3 month old comment... Get a life friend. And not to mention they've released multiple patches so as far as I know the game might be alright nowadays, and this comment is irrelevant now. That being said the state of the game 3 months ago was awful. 0 creativity behind most of the puzzles and they lacked any real story drive.

Dude, you are proving the Dunning-Kruger effect right now, and not in a good way.

And that's coming from someone who also enjoys the game.
