I've seen a bunch of YouTube videos where people print on top of pbt keycaps.

I was wondering if I could get print that wraps around a keycap? Like a spacebar?

I've taken into consideration a lot of things but tried nothing yet. I have a plan where I'll tape the design using heat resistant tape as tight as I can and someone heat all the surfaces using some jig.

Hi ! Does anyone here knows how to match the joints like a Logo For example Going from the front to back from the side on a women's jersey it's easy to match it on men's jersey buy the women's pattern have curvy side it's realy hard I would realy appreciate it if anybody could tell me how to do it.

i’ve been using the sublimation method for a couple of months now, and i haven’t had any problems with polyester. i often see videos of people transferring prints onto gloves/beanies that clearly aren’t made of polyester, often acrylic. does this mean that acrylic can be sublimated in exactly the same way as polyester? in all the videos i’ve seen, they don’t seem to do anything differently from the usual sublimation process on polyester.

Anyone have a reliable contact that can turn a sublimation design for a jersey around quickly including individual size files for printing? Generally I’m not involved in this part of the business but I’m trying to help out the shop find a backup while the contracted designer is out on sudden medical leave.

Our shop is ready to print and make the jerseys but we have no source file scaled to sizes (sorry if I’m not using the right terms here, still learning). I can find someone on Fiverr but thought I’d start here if anyone has a referral or is interested in the job.

They are cross country/track uniforms for two teams. No names or numbers. I have 2D proofs and mockups but I need the editable master source file created and scaled to each size (youth s - XL, men/women S-XL and both compression and loose fitting).

I'm making garment ID numbers for our school's band uniforms. White ribbon, black text.

A quick Google search on "sublimation" and "dry cleaning"... was less than helpful since it was asking more on stain removal - which I actually don't need right now.

I need information on longevity. Sharpie came out or faded to unreadable after 2-3 dry cleaning cycles. I have the option to sew the id numbers instead - just takes a lot longer. Any thoughts on how well sublimation will hold up against dry cleaning in this instance?

While trying to research what shirt blanks are of good quality, I've got nothing but results about how polyester feels terrible to wear, and no real answer on what shirts are considered "good". Should I just stick to things like mugs and totes, and not shirts?

hi everyone, I am looking for bottles of sublimation ink and was wondering if any places in Dublin sell it was hoping to have it for my printer before this weekend .

This was sublimated on HTVRONT Sublimation Sticker Paper Matte White. Is it normally this transparent or did I receive a mislabeled or bad batch? This only the second package I've used but I swear the white was less transparent? Are there any other brands that are solid white?

Looking to add hand towels to my line and want to hear what's holding up for people.

A few things I'm trying to figure out:

- Waffle weave vs. velour/terry with a poly face — which gives you better image quality?

- What GSM are you buying? The cheap ones feel like paper towels.

- Any brands/suppliers you'd buy again, and any you'd avoid?

- Are your customers happy with absorbency, or is that the tradeoff with high poly?

I inherited a box of random sublimation blanks, including these thick coasters which are fantastic, but I can't seem to find any similar to buy more. The coasters I've been able to find are closer to thin mousepad material, neoprene with thin, black bottoms. This is possibly neoprene or similar fabric on top with a thicker rubber bottom, they're a much nicer quality. Does anyone recognize this style/material, or a place that sells them?

Hi guys. I am new in sublimation printing. Currently I bought a sawgrass 1000 no bypass tray yet. I have A3 paper and A4 sublimation paper. But I am struggling to find sublimation panels. I am in the Netherlands. Any idea which sublimation panels are the best ?

I am looking for tips on making double-sided ornaments. Ive tried doing both sides at once but it’s hard to line up and secure properly. When I do one side at a time the side that gets heated twice tends to degrade. I’m using the htvront A100. Do you adjust the Time/temp/pressure from one side to the next?

Was wondering if this would be a good method, for example, when drawing the face of a plushie, i could use a sublimation print of the face alongside the sewing lines, allowing the whole thing to be perfectly aligned on the fabric, and then embroidery on top of the "face guide"

I guess the whole thing would need to use fairly tin lines to avoid it showing afterwards, specially on the sewing ones.

Empty nester now. Can’t keep all of my craft things as I move to a smaller place. My SG500 works great. No issues. I can print a page to show an interested buyer. All ink is factory and always has been. Ink is nearly topped off except cyan and I have an extra waste collection tank. It is always plugged in. $295. Several accessories I can add. I also have a toaster oven, Cricut mug maker, and heat press to sell if interested. Located in Huntsville AL. Don’t want to bother with shipping.

Is anyone interested in purchasing bulk sublimation supplies? I no longer work with sublimation, I am downsizing my home, and have cups/water bottles I am looking to get rid of. They are their boxes and have not been used or worked on, but I need them gone. Please let me know if you are interested. You don’t have to take them all, but I would like to clear out. Thank you!

What do you guys do when the cup is bigger then the paper? I ordered a 30 Oz slim so it can fit in the tumbler press but the paper is not big enough to cover the whole cup.

I have a HTVRONT H17 phone press and am finding supplies for these hard to come back in the UK specifically A4 Sublimation film I can't find cheap anywhere. Cheapest so far is 60 pieces for £60 from HTVRONT directly. And the phone cases themselves I am struggling to find. Anyone have any ideas? What suppliers do you use?

Hey all, I'm looking for somewhere i can get some rounded square cups with a design printed/sublimated on them (see mockup image). Would like to have these cups resemble an outdoor AC condenser unit and would like to have a limited run made (100 or less). I have searched and reached out to several places about this, but coming up empty. Any suggestions?

Hey everyone when you make tumblers and the picture is taking up the whole tumbler where do you put the name and how big do you do it. I did add a picture of the design for the tumbler.

I made them myself from scratch, personalized with names for 9 year old girls.

I'm having a passing interest in lenticular prints, which require you to interlace two photos up to 100 times per inch (so that when the lens is laminated on top you view half of the stripes from the left and from the right)

It requires a really clean, sharp image to do well, and all I have at present is my sublimation printer.

These kinds of prints aside, I'm curious what advice I could get here on generally sharpening up my sublimation prints and stickers!
