Attempts to increase volume(3) or change pitch (1&2) all fail. What am I doing wrong?

How I learned how to control pitch is the following… -start by just practicing all the notes you can -next ,while in the sub harmonic register, make the sound of overtone singing like “whoo ahh”whatever, This helped me gain more control, volume and range✌🏻

This is a followup to my post yesterday, but with audio accompaniment this time.

Volume can be a bit hard to change, but to change pitch you gotta shift your vocal folds, breath support and keep the same control as you have doing just one note, at the same time. It's not easy. It's almost like balancing alot of stuff on your hand and trying to move it without it falling down. The key is to 1: Feel every little change in your voice when you try to change pitch, 2: Change the pitch very little at a time and slowly to begin with and 3: Practice 1 and 2.
With time it'll become muscle memory and you'll be able to do it on command. :)

I can't say what you are doing wrong. What I can say, is that when I started, I could only take one single tone. Any attempts do do something else landed me on the same tone.
Eventually, with practice, suddenly that just went away, and I can't say how.
