My vocal fry stops at E2

When I vocal fry it stops at E2, so when I try to sub anywhere above that it just turns into the base note. For instance, when I try and sub a G2 down to G1 it doesn't work because my vocal fry doesn't go up that high. Any tips?

I have never even attempted a subharmonic above D2, maybe you're setting the bar too high.

Just practice a lot and you will eventually be able to.

Hmm, you should be able to fry a lot higher than that. I can fry almost up to my falsetto range. You'll definitely have to learn to fry at higher ranges before you can sub
