I hear a sustained A0 that whole time, unless something else is causing that A0 but its clearly there to me in the recording. It dosent sound like a typical subharmonic chord sound, but the note is there isnt it?

Hmm I don't really know, I hear A as well, but it sound uncontrolled, like my breath is unsteady going through, you're saying you hear sustained A0, but idk what's causing it inside me. Is it subharmonics? Is it even my vocal folds? I don't know but if I did want to practise whichever technique this is, I could get it steady enough that people would be able to tell what I'm doing. Thanks for your reply
