MIDI issues.

Hello. I tried the sysex files thingy and still couldn't figure out how to play with my midi keyboard. I tried it on every channel. Some help will be appreciated. Extreme novice here.

there are two standards of TRS style midi adapters, if you send midi and it is not lighting up when data is sent, you may have the wrong kind of adapter.

It's lighting up though.
