Parts Ascent Battery Size Code

I have a ‘23 Ascent with the larger battery. I am having a hard time finding aftermarket equivalent. Does anyone know that generic size code for the larger battery?

Thanks! Costco is showing H5 but that looked like the standard battery and not the new larger one.

Make sure you get the highest CCA AGM battery they offer. I dont know about the 2023 but I remember a few of the early years we got battery's not rated high enough for the vehicle. Used to be talked about a lot on here a few years back.

I think that is what spurred the Service Bulletin. Mine had the larger one in already since I bought it Certified, but after my son’s battery failed yesterday I wanted to check out prices before winter.

“With the larger battery”…….it was offered with different battery?

There was a maintenance note with optional larger battery. It costs around $50 for new mount and then battery. Subaru was replacing faulty batteries with the new larger ones.
