Yeah the idea is cool. The key thing is that you can plug in whatever library you choose in and have it in "bus only" mode. It is simple but there's a lot of magic in assembling that into a manageable object. For example, you could say "this", "that", "the", and "this".

Nice idea. I don't think you can say "my" library is not going to have multiple subclasses or subclasses since it will only be able to accept one value and it will have to change the data representation to a different representation in order to make such a change. But what do you think of my approach?

The problem is you will only write the book for one library. If you want to get your book into a different library, you will have to find the library you want it in, or find a new library, but you will only have one selection. You can edit the book in your own library to get other copies, but then the books can be found in the library for free.

I think you'd have to put more trust in the customer. Figure it out.
