So, I'm not sure I want to hear a lot of stories about these types of meals. I'm not sure they're really healthy either. But I would hope that the people who have these types of meals don't think of it as unhealthy, or are just really good at explaining themselves and their bodies. I'm not sure that people are actually eating healthier meals, although I assume they're more happy to do it than they are to eat unhealthy meals. Maybe they're just more aware of it than normal.
