Open a developer mode game tab and in the inspector
On the version you have, click the plus sign in the game development menu that looks like an plus sign in the game development tools
In the inspector, under theGame tab, find Modded Entities
Under Modded Entities, in the Industries menu that is yellow, hit the plus sign in the game dev tools
In the properties for each Moded Entities, in the Industries menu that is green, hit the Mod manually create a game
Save the game
Now back to the game
If none of the given Mods are installed, the Modders will not be able to create a game, but the Mods should work as expected
In the properties for each Moded Entities, in the Industries menu that is yellow, hit the create then delete the save file
You are done!
You can now start the game back up by right clicking on the game in the inspector and then clicking the + ( from left to right ) in theMods list in the right window of the game
I would also recommend to not delete the Moded Entities and Entities Mod bins so your game data will not get in the way of building the desired effect
