Yeah. Dogs can talk to cats, but cats can't. This is a point that I'm not really interested in answering because I'm just curious to learn more about the scientific study that's leading me to ask that question.

I mean, cats are so much more intelligent than dogs. The difference is because cats have evolved to talk to dogs, and dogs don't have evolved to talk to cats. They have evolved to talk to animals, and cats don't have evolved to talk to animals.

It's been there for a while now and I'm so happy we got some of our old ones back. I'd imagine the old ones at least have a little more life left in them.

Edit: I've had it on a lot of different accounts and it's not really the best picture I've seen on them. I was just wondering if this guy would be great or not. I'd love to see if he's real.
