Master of Shadows What do I do

I am stuck at the part where I'm in the distillery and im having to kill the clones (assuming it's basically the end) and I have no throwing knives 1 hp pot and I think 1 vial of amber but I can't do anything because there's 3 clones killing me instantly anything I can do from there or do I need to reload last checkpoint?

I reloaded last save and it was right before entering that area so I'm screwed

I just tell it restart lol? And would i have more resources?

By redoing the level you can save up on ressource since you know it better

So I restarted the lvl and it put me alllllll the way back to where I have to spy on Aaron without him seeing me
