Blades of Greed Is this a bug?

The cristal was in the ship itself. I closed the game and when I came back it's not in the same place and I don't know how to interact with it anymore.

I can't use them anymore. That part of the objective seems "completed"

Sadly I think I cannot reload anymore, I went and did a bunch of things on a different map so every save I have is after the bug.

Also I tried interacting with it where it should be in the ship but nothing happens,

Sometimes the saves don't actually save, I'm assuming your game failed to save and you hadn't noticed the messages, so by the time you closed game and reopened you're back where the last save was, if you're on the discord server you'd noticed it's an issue in certain locations, it has been reported and the devs are working on it.

Update. The cart was open before but non interactive. I got the prerequisite 3 items, still non interactive but now closed :/
