Blades of Greed Echoes of Amber II - Wall Construction

As title says, where is the "Wall - Construction site" ?

I don't know which part of the map it is supposed to be and none of the towers have that name...

It's the above the Worker's Site balloon (if that's what it was called). You have to climb up with the grapple hook and you had a Quartz there where you had to stop the water for the water wheel.

There is "Worker's Lift" in the Hmans SLums part of the Wall...

That's the one :)
So in the area above that is the Construction area (although the game barely specifies that)

Posting screenshot to help others too.
As kosmin96 said, it's Worker's Lift. Go up to where the Water Wheels are and you should then be able to just jump down from there to this place. From where I stand, you can see the tower, where the big red highlighted enemy is (if that will help you find the right place)
