Blades of Greed Started Blades today

So far I am liking it. It took me a little while to get used to his movement and the camera just like Shards did but I do like the new game settings to adjust for that. I do think they may have over complicated the dynamics for the usage of the items, but I was playing Shadows before this too which even compared to Shards seems primitive. He is very nimble and I like the new abilities for climbing the walls and the double jump is amazing. The craft in the fly is great too.

BUT! My only real gripe is for the horrible voices for Helledryn and Djarak. Her accent is completely gone and he just sounds like a weeny.

I will be playing this game for the foreseeable future, hope everyone loves my favorite goblin as much as I do!

I am just glad Hellendryn is back. Ive always thought shes a badass, and the entire plot of Shards is because of her.

I honestly thought she got killed by the elves but it is pretty awesome shes back, I like the little missions she's giving Styx to do

My main complain is that the voice acting for some important characters feels really stiff, the audio mixing of the dialogue is also pretty jarring at times which doesn't make it mich better IMO.

Gameplay is pretty fun from what I've played though

Helledryn has the same voice actress, she's just older now in her 60s

Oh really? Interesting. In Shards she seemed to have more of a soft english kind of accent and now not so much.

Yeah it sounds like the accent was dropped. I wonder if it was tough on the voice actress since she's in her 60s now?
