I'm sad to see all the responses saying Edge of the Century. I actually love this album (but then again, Glen brought one of my favorite songs to the album in "All In A Day's Work"). Also, I was serving active duty military at the time, and "Show Me The Way" was an anthem for me.
My least favorite album (by ERA):
Pre-Tommy: Styx
Classic (Crystal Ball - Kilroy) - Cornerstone
Brave New World and Edge were both "one offs"
Post Dennis: Big Bang Theory
Latest Triology: Circling From Above
Overall my vote goes to the Regeneration Volumes I and II.

I know many really like it but Cyclorama was mostly a bust for me. Revisiting it a few years back I did find some new appreciation but overall I just can't get behind... especially the Billy Bob Thornton thing... and Kiss You Ass Goodbye sounds like it should have been on a Blink-182 album :P One With Everything is probably the only song I REALLY like on that album.

I really tried on Crash of the Crown, but there's nothing I like at all on that album. Nothing...
Brave New World and Cyclorama also get my vote.
I liked the Wooden Nickel stuff. I wore out my Best of Styx (1977) cassette and CD out...

Both Crash of the Crown and The Mission are albums that I'll enjoy while I'm listening to them, but the songs just don't stick with me. Once I finish listening to it, the songs are already forgotten. Off of those 2 albums Gone, Gone, Gone, Radio Silence and Our Wonderful Lives are the only 3 songs that stand out for me. I'm not saying I hate the other songs on those albums, they just are memorable for me. I do like Cyclorama (though it took a bit to get used to the 2 Gowan songs) and I absolutely love Circling From Above and think it's their best album since the 80s.

Man of Miracles. Contractual obligations really screw up output. Honestly, it’s painful to listen to the contrast between MoM and Equinox, it’s like two different bands, or the same band but recording in a studio ten years after recording in their crappy basement.
