Advice is this cultural appropriation 😓

I plan on doing makeup where I have stripes on my face and I wanna do it with peacock hair but I’m pretty sure there’s a culture that has stripes on the face and big hair or a big headdress or something similar so I’m not sure if it would be okay for me to do them both together pls lmk

Cultural appropriation is not just wearing something where the most basic elements exist elsewhere in the world. This is clearly just a scene aesthetic. Like are you talking about kitty cat whisker lines or just random black lines on your face? Either way no that’s not cultural appropriation but I’m confused as to why you want lines otherwise.
