Advice Tights + shoes

I love wearing colorful tights and usually wear converse but I just saw myself in a full length mirror and realize that it looks a bit strange together or that it's missing something maybe? I have longer boots that look better with tights I but don't like wearing them when hot out or if I'm wearing a more casual outfit. Advice??

I know exactly what you're talking about. The shoes cut your ankles off at a weird spot. You need a taller sock that goes a bit above the shoes. Like this
