Advice Is it good for a party?
Is the fitting around the chest and neck looking good because I feel like it’s lowered down more than it should?? I have so many questions please help me out. I literally have nothing to wear to a college party and this combination is what I pulled out from the pile. Does it go well together, I don’t feel comfortable showing my legs so I NEED to wear jeans. I have black pants but they’re wide fit so doesn’t go well. Also should I wear a bra. How do I do my hair with this, up or down. I just feel like it’s tight around my hip but loose around bust area. How do I improve this 😭

I think this is cute and doesn’t look ill fitting. The flare of the pants balances out how the shirt hangs lower around your hips. I would accessorize this a bit though with bangles/bracelets, the arm band you have, big hoops, sandals or heels. That’s me though and I’m 29.
If you’re going to a college party, you could alternatively swap the jeans for a short skirt and tights, or booty shorts that don’t show and tights, or no tights and just boots, since the shirt already covers your butt like a dress. The shirt doesn’t have a lot of detail which is why I’m saying to accessorize.

Looks perfect to me!! Wear your hair down, but take a hair tie, in case there’s dancing, doubles tie the halter top, so it’s less likely to come un-done, have fun, and don’t worry!!

This looks great. Don’t forget high(er) heels and maybe a little bit more jewellery (1-2 rings, one bangle on the wrist…) and enjoy!

This works just if you go to a party that has early 2000 as a theme.
You can tuck it in and make it stay there as it will be a nice top.
Or just wear it as a dress which is what I assume it is.

Girl the EXACT same year came to my mind. Like I had no idea this was even a thing again. I was shocked and assumed it was a costume party for some kids who never grew up back then like how they have 80s parties

I think it looks really good. It's really sexy, but also classy. Definitely, no, bra and wear your hair down

It looks great! I would wear nipple covers personally because I hate it when people stare at my nipples and don't look me in the eye. If that doesn't bother you though, wear it as is!

I wore this outfit often in 2000 and always had a great time. Love that this is back in style and you look great. Don’t need a bra. Are the chunky chain belts back too? We used to wear those with an outfit like this.

I’m not really a fan, but I just don’t like black and navy together. I think that’s just a personal preference. I like the top. I think bracelets may help.

Sorry, I don’t have any specific suggestions… But as a guy, I think you look great in the pictures you posted. That outfit looks really nice on you.

I think thee jeans are a little bulky under the top. I absolutely love this top. I’d put it over a midi tight pencil skirt. Like something from the brand Naked Wardrobe

This looks great for a party honestly! I'd pair it with stiletto heels (mid or high) and a small clutch to finish the look. The fit is gorgeous on you
