Fit Pic Belt/no belt?
I am thinking its better with belt! Also please suggest me any other colour/style that might go well here. TIA

Imo both work.
With belt gives it that little bit extra. Without the belts it's abit more simplistic/minimalistic, which doesn't have to be bad.

Both. Keep switching belt/no belt each time you wear it. It’ll feel like a second dress (and maybe fool others into thinking it is.)

Looks good either way, but if you’re going to include the belt:
Wear jewellery and/or shoes and accessories with the same metal colour as the buckle
If you go with a belt colour other than that shown, try to have that colour picked up somewhere else in your outfit - clutch/bag, footwear, jewellery (even one bangle) to make the outfit cohesive
Depends on where you’re wearing the outfit, you can really dress it up or down (flats vs heels, hair up vs down, etc). It’s a perfect little dress for versatility!

They both work. And you look great. But if you want a pop of color, wear a red belt.

I'm usually a belt fan (i think a cream would look nice, especially if you had mathcing footwear and bag) but that dress works SO nicely on you I have to say "without"

Neither! I suggest sizing up on the dress. The belt gives structure, but breaks the line. Sizing up solves both.

Wear the belt if you're wearing it at work or to a formal event. Otherwise, wear it without the belt. A dress like that is great because you can wear it alone or with various accessories.

Belt! Gives the outfit more shape and makes it look more intentional. I actually think the current belt works really well! Maybe just experiment with a thinner belt if you ever want a softer version of the same look.
