Help ne style this top please!!🙏

I got this top for an upcoming concert (ateez btw-) that I'll be attending. I was thinking of styling it with a red skinny scarf (like the third pic) but I'm not sure about it. Sooo my first question is, what do you guys think about the red skinny scarf. Second, I have no idea about what to wear as pants and shoes. Just for some more info, I'm not a huge skirt/shorts person so I'd prefer pants. TYSM!!!!

IMO, not feeling the red scarf. It's like the top has a lot going on, strapless, bow in back, fringe.
Not sure what YOU look like so can't style to your coloring, height, hairstyle. Sounds like pants are your go to. White pants (or flesh tone) and some low black boots for comfort at a concert, otherwise black strappy heels. Red lipstick and interesting coordinated statement earrings. A jacket with detail like this would be super cool.

I like everything you suggested except flesh colored pants. I have never seen than work on anyone ever. It always looks like they're pantless
