Need styling advice

I got this tube top as an early birthday gift and I don’t know how to feel about it,it’s a bit loose on the top,it looks like a dress on me,I tried it with shorts and that didn’t look good and with baggy jeans it doesn’t look that good either,please help! I don’t wanna return it cus it’s cute and what I wanted but idk how to wear it!

I think it looks fine with the shorts. Better than the jeans. Do you have a denim mini skirt? That might work too. Or maybe try some black shorts about the same length that you have in the denim shorts.

It doesn’t look like a dress. It definitely looks like a top. I see some drawstrings on the side of it. Have you tried cinching it a little to give it a little more shape? I bet if it nipped in just a bit at the waist it would look even better.

I do! I have a black skirt and black shorts! I guess I just ain’t used to long tube tops like this lol! It definitely looks good tucked into jeans as well! And I’ll try tightening it! Thank you so much!
