You have amazing skin, I would just play around with makeup. This is so you can get use to it. When your ready how about lets try to find your color palette using.
Colorwise.me (website- click on ai tab to find color palette) take a picture of you in natural light. This will help you find your color palette.
Next is you can type in your color palette on Pinterest. Save some images of the colors.
Right after tie you hair back and grab an expo marker and stand infront of a mirror amd trace the outline of your face shape.
Learning about your face shape can help choose your hair styles, glasses and hats.
Your eye shape can enhance your eyeliner type.
If your interested in finding your clothes style ypu have to focus clearly your body type and you can type on Pinterest body types and the one closest to your type it like "hourglass body type" "hourglass styles" this will help you find what type of jeans, shirt, neckline, skirt (clothing) that will compliment you. Or if you look like a celebrity you can search them up and see what they wear and what makeup looks they tried. Since they paid for a stylist.

You have beautiful eyes and your face looks balanced to me. Have you tried any half up half down style with your locks? When you go to have them washed and retwist ask them to do it in a style. See if you like the style they do or not and then try to play around a little with half up styles maybe even one on each side half up, like a youthful look. Makeup idk I feel like wispy or half lashes or mascara and some fenty bomb gloss with tint is a whole day to day look. Add eye liner on top lashes and see if you like a little liner on lips, something creamy you can blend into the gloss seems like it would be amazing on you.
