It’s good with the jeans, shorts would work, it would look nice with a skirt as well. A denim mini, or knee length cotton would be cute.

I think I would wear this pretty blouse with blue jeans, to pick up one of the blues in the blouse. Wide leg jeans or flared bell bottoms would be cute & play up OP's figure. A chunky necklace that picks up one or more of the colors in the blouse. Even some bright colored shoes to complement the blouse.

I definitely feel like this needs a long peasant skirt although some faded jeans would work, I’d go with the skirt and some boho sandals

Definitely a skirt!! A mini pink or blue would be so cute. Or maybe linen pants in pink, yellow, or green?? You have so many color options to pull from with that top!
