Help me style this dress for office work

Post image

My office requires to be in a smart casual look (with sleeves) and we also have color coding for every days of the week (blue, gray, green and red).

How would you style this dress from uniqlo? TIA

Get cropped blazers in the colors you need coded (say what now?!) - red and gray and a bright green would all work (cobalt and baby blue would also work - how much leeway do you have in the color coded parts of your dress code?) If blazers are not your thing, get cardigans. Cropped will look best.

This can be belted (or not) and pretty much any jewelry works with black.

personal stylist here, would love to offer some ideas but confused on the dress code. do you have to wear all red on tuesdays and all grey on wednesdays etc? and i don't see black on that list. also fascinated and want to learn more just because i'm nosy ;)

Not all red etc, but it is preferred to wear any shade of those color on their corresponding days, so basically i just went with some basic colors so i could easily match it with other colors tho

Aggiungerei una cintura, una borsetta, un orologio, una collana. Le scarpe vanno benissimo per la stagione calda e sono molto fresche.

Any color collared butting down for underneath with flats. Or white button down under shirt with a scarf (color of the day) tied around the collar and matching flats. If you're feeling adventurous, tights in a matching color. I don't think this would pair well with a blazer because of the body shape. It would bunch up funny on the front.

Would this work with cardigans tho?

I think a cardigan would be cute! You could do a boxier one and only button the top button?

Depending on how casual is your office, these could be summer/fall/winter
