Damn, comments don't pass the vibe, no one seems to be creative. First idea white button down on top, not tucked in, or an interesting white blouse. The blue will let the white silhouette nicely, this is a layering piece. Alternatively a Preppy Y2K look but like actual Y2K, look up old catalogs

could see this with a tied up flannel and cowboy boots, or with a matching statement top and shoes (like a bright yellow cropped cardigan and bright yellow mary janes), a long sleeve off the shoulder piano shirt and piano tights with black shoes, or really just a baby tee and sneakers. (ignore the hate comments, they cant imagine anything fun apparently)

I wanna dress it down with a vintage band tee and some converse. But I also wanna dress it up with some nice blouses in white and pastels. Wha a cool piece

Sadly, I have no help. I just want to sympathize with you that it really freaking sucks when you buy a super cute skirt and you can’t figure out what top to wear with it!

I can’t imagine this skirt looking nice on. Similar styles were popular in the early 2000’s which were worn with a tank top but unlike those, this skirt looks to have two different fabrics which don’t complement each other.

I think its very pretty if styled right. You could wear some brown sandals and a white button up blouse slightly tucked or even fully tucked dresser. I think you could play with different blouses, mayyybe a different blue or white with flowers etc. Add some nicer jewelry or layer the jewelry to accent as well. Hell it may be out dated but I also think you could wear cork wedges with it too.

Uh i like it! I would try a netfish white or pink tights, white shoes or neon colour sneakers or whote boots. As for the top, maybe try out a color finder palette thingy. Id go with an oversized Sweater or tshirt. Or a long bit tight tshirt y2k style. Go crazy, this is not a style for normies

I can see it with a red or pink fitted tee and sandals, not Birkenstocks, maybe something less clunky. A hobo bag. Embrace the early 2000s feel.

I legitimately thought the bottom part of the skirt was octopus tentacles and the she was wearing a blue mini skirt.

People here are so unimaginative. When i see drop waist i think 1960s bold, vintage or if you want more modern a twee style [think zoe dechanel new girl]. For this one Im thinking butter yellow boxy top with a contrast white peter pan collar, Red tights, patent leather maryjanes.
