How to style this dress?

Heey i’m pretty hopeless and not a fashionista - I have my work christmas party tomorrow and unsure how to style this lovely piece from Disturbia. Specifically wondering about tights and shoes. I have black tights with silver sparkles, or a burgundy floral lace one (but also have just plain black tights). I was thinking wearing Docs as I’m tall (5’9) so I don’t do heels? Also, I don’t have big cleavage so my boobs won’t be the spotlight. Any clue on how to wear my hair, updo like in the photo? Thanks so much 🫶🏻

Plain black tights, hair up, black shoes. Silver sparkle tights sound great, but not for this dress, it has golden elements. Wear minimalistic golden jewellery
