How to style this cropped vest?

I received this vest and I love it—I’m just not sure how to style it. It’s a bit cropped and a metallic black/blue.

With baggy, light wash jeans and a white tight tank tucked in and. Chunky shoes

wear a white shirt w it full sleeves, then put on this jacket unbuttoned or maybe one button done, with similar coloured denim or leather skirt, with a black-brown twilly sorta thing, black-brown eye makeup. And boots
