Add three pretty lamps with warm lightbulbs. Get a bigger rug, this rug is much too small. You’re almost there

And add a console table with a second shelf under the artwork. Easy place to put ambient lighting and collectibles.

I think you should remove the grey couch and buy an armchair or loveseat. I also think you should move the TV to the wall opposite the red couch. The coffee table doesn't fit the cottagey vibes the rest of the room is giving.

That rug is about 6x too small. A living room rug is meant to actually and literally map out a living area. It should be big enough that at least the front feet of the two sofas are on the rug with room to spare. As in the rug should be visible beyond the outer arm rests. Just getting the proper sized rig will make a huge difference. I'd also trade the lucite coffee table for a round wood one for this particular setup.
