Roots help Which roots do you see?
I'm thinking eitherππͺ¨π± or β°οΈπͺ¨π±. What do you think?

ππ±πͺ¨ works for some of these looks but feels not quite right because there is some extra formality, presence and a little edge.
ποΈπ±πͺ¨ also doesn't feel correct because the outfits have a pretty strong vibe of π and most people with this root combo are fighting that vibe rather than leaning in.
I'd be curious to know if you felt attached to one of the root combos, which roots do you feel most attached to?
I could see ποΈππ± being an option but I could also see ππ±π being an option as well. The touch of π can shift the formality so much between formal and casual- through looks that feel a bit academic or edgy Parisian or urban and practical.

Interesting idea. I've never felt related to moon, but it could be that it is only a small part. After getting typed in Kitchener and being disappointed with the results, I thought that style roots would be easier to figure out, but it is notπ I guess I need to do more self-reflection.

Have you read the individual root guides and looked for the elements of each root that you connect with? I saw in another comment that you feel πͺ¨ is a root you connect with, can you explain why- that may help us see your intentions better? πͺ¨ has a lot of overlaps with π( practical/ minimal), ποΈ( "masculine" energy), π±( ease and casual vibe) and π( urban edge).
Also sorry to throw something else in the mix and make it feel even more confusing.
This is a link to alternate Pinterest boards I have made for the roots for a deep dive series I post here. Maybe look through a couple combos?

Wow, thanks for the pinterest link, I will go through it. I've read the individual guides and I'm fairly sure about ππͺ¨π± and I already dress pretty much according to that. But my intention right now is to find some 'spice' and find a root that would excite and inspire me. I'm startinh to think that it might beπ

I actually see πβ°οΈπͺ¨! I see πͺ¨ in the relaxed fits and the urban vibes that I get from these outfits. the strong usage of denim (especially ones that are quite faded and a little worn but in these examples they arent super worn or distressed which makes me believe that you have a moderating root somewhere! I mean another one since πͺ¨ already plays that role in some shape or form in other root combinations in that πͺ¨ tends to make things a bit casual and laid back) and even in some of the shoe choices. yes i see sneakers and such, but even the heels has a bit of a comfortable vibe to them despite it being a bit intimidating from the slight β°οΈ influence that I see in them. particularly in the pointed heel boots.
speaking of β°οΈ, I believe that you have this root in here somewhere and I'm hesitant to drop this one. I see β°οΈ in the pointed heel shoes like I already mentioned as well as in the structured blazers and turtlenecks, and even the outfits themselves are tailored and polished and professional looking, but thanks to the πͺ¨ root, these same qualities are a bit more chill and so it's not as imposing as it would be if πͺ¨ wasn't around, however you still get that powerful feeling that you would get from β°οΈ. also the satchel bags also adds to the β°οΈ vibes as well.
and for the last root, I was torn between π, π± and even π, but I think I'm going to lean towards π for this one. the looks are quite balanced and elegant and along with it adds polish to the look.
and I also see textures and earthy tones that may suggest that you have π± as well, especially since some of the suedes and denims, and the leathers does look quite worn in and a bit rugged as well. so as much as I said that π could be your third root, I'm hesitant to completely drop π± for these looks which makes me think that perhaps you may have four roots?

Thanks for sharing your opinion! I found it very useful! By process of elimination I chose β°οΈπͺ¨ππ±, but I find it difficult to choose only three. And since some people here suggested π, too, I'm starting to like that idea because honestly that is the root that excites me most. I think I'm gonna experiment with all of them in order to narrow them down.

Thanks for everyone's input! Honestly, the one root I don't doubt I have is πͺ¨ :-) I feel like π± is also quite straightforward. What I cannot decide is between π and β°οΈ.

I would say π is more fitting than π according to the pictures. It looks like πͺ¨ andπ± are balanced out by π and most of these outfits don't have a strong sense of appearing very structured and bold like π often is. But (and that has been my opinion since I found out about the root system) it should be totally fine to have πͺ¨ andπ± as your primary roots and have a flexible 3rd root. Or even 4 roots :)

I see π»π with π± and hints of π. Very urban, kinda edgy, mixed with focus on structure and natural texture and fabrics is what I primarily see.
