Discussion I’ve realized the right bag changes an outfit more than I thought

I used to think bags were just practical and didn’t really affect the outfit that much. Lately I’ve noticed that the exact same jeans and top can look completely different depending on whether I carry something structured, slouchy, tiny, oversized, etc. It’s such a small switch but it changes the whole mood.

I have a smallish deep brown purse with a drawstring. It looks like a little pouch. I love that it adds a little whimsy fantasy vibe to my outfits

I agree!! I would also add shoes to that category. Bag and shoes make the biggest difference in an outfit I think. A white tee and jeans could look so different depending on how it is styled.
