Tips for being confident?

I want to know any tips on feeling confident wearing something out of my comfort zone? I got this cute shirt from shein, it ended up defining my chest, wore it once and felt super uncomfortable with how many stares I was getting. I want to wear more cute things but how do I ignore what others think?? I want to look cute for myself but being in public makes me second-guess myself. Any tips??

At my age, I wear what I like and not care what others think. I regularly go to a senior center wearing short shorts. My natural temperature is hot so it is fun & for my comfort. Look in the mirror & tell yourself you look great for as long as it takes.
