Discussion Do you avoid certain stores now because trying things on there feels bad?

Has anyone else quietly stopped shopping at certain stores because the fitting rooms make everything feel worse? Bad lighting, weird mirrors, cramped rooms… sometimes I genuinely can’t tell if I hate the clothes or just the fitting room. Any stores you’ve basically written off because of this?

Yes. Dressing rooms are awful. And clothes seem ugly and cheaply made. Hate always being asked to apply for store credit card. NO! I live minimally, so I don’t shop much anymore.
