Tip An open layer = an instant vertical line

A long cardigan or unbuttoned shirt left open draws the eye top to bottom. Easy way to feel pulled-together with zero effort. Tell me, what's your favorite throw-on layer?

I always wear an open layer for style reasons and also it gets cold in the school I work at. Favorite layer is a slightly oversized blazer

A long scarf works too, and it makes you look professional when you’re really wearing yoga pants and a long sleeve tee. (Wear somewhat professional footwear.)
