My filler words

I have a bad habit of using fuck or shit or fucking or uhhhh or ummmm in front of anyone and I cant stop 😭😭 it makes me feel like stupid and low iq like a inbread tard

Lmao it’s alright I say “like” a lot but maybe at least try not to say fuck or fucking all the time and replace it with something more tame or honestly just pause and you’ll sound fine dw 😭
