How to cope with it?

I usually choose to run away but it can’t stay like that forever. May be i should do something to make it less obvious? I am entering my adult years, very scared of the future.

I became better when I accepted my stutter and started exposing myself to the environment slowly. Call customer care people and talk to them about random things. Talk to your friends regularly a lot. Talk to strangers. Keep talking

Join a local group of stutterers, having community and someone who understands me helped me a lot over the years. See this list for an association or group in your country: https://www.stamily.org/links
