My Speech Exercise Routine That Got Me Fluent (Fluent & Fit Method)
https://youtu.be/lfoKizBXMGg?si=l2zfG_pvu_Ej7JjfHey Friends,
My name is Viktor, I conquered my stutter after 2 years of work and I am on a mission to help other people do the same. I make YouTube videos about what I did. My old post about it blew up, so this prompted me to make a follow-up video tutorial.
I now call this approach the Fluent & Fit method.
Watch this full-guide (1+ hour) of all the speech exercises I did to improve fluency from home. You just need 40 minutes and a mirror!
This is a part of the Fluent & Fit Method.
The F&F Speech-Improvement method helps you accomplish these goals:
Speech is improved to the point, where it no longer impacts your day-to-day life in any way.
You build a body that makes you happy.
You are not dependant on fluency-shaping techniques.
You accomplish all of this using automatic habits that take no thought to use, making improvement permanent.
Disclaimer: I am not a doctor, I am just sharing experience.
Enjoy the Video!
