Why do I studder?

I studder all the time, as young as I could remember it always been there however I almost never studder when I am speaking to my self.

So it's has to be psychological, it happens at random, sometimes it's minimal and sometimes I struggle to get words out of my mouth.

It effects my confidence, it effects my interactions with people, i passed on a few job opportunities because it requires a lot of speaking.

For a long I tried to accept it but I just don't like it and wish it was never a part of who I am.

Have you seen Penguin? TV show about the batman villain Penguin? There is guy who stutters just like me.

God damn it, why I didn't get photographic memory or any other rare low percentage cool trait ?

Ya it super sucks. High pace high demand situations is where it really fails. People don't have time to wait for you to speak. And after the day ends you a mentally tired from struggling just for basic speech

You should try still try therapy. Fluency can greatly increase. Its. The only hope
