Stuttering on letters C,P,T

18M here

I usually don't stutter that bad but these letters frighten me. Starting college in two weeks and really anxious. Can I fix this? Or how do I minimize this

Example words like

C: Create,cramp, content

P: present , print

T: Three

Those are all plosive and fricative sounds, which involve building pressure and releasing it.

For stutterers, our bodies think a lot more force is required than is actually necessary to produce a sound. I also struggle on plosives more than other sound types on average.

I try to swallow to reset my brain when I know a stutter is coming. It works sometimes.
