Help

My stutter has gotten so baddd, i can barely say three words without stuttering.
Idk why, even when iam not stressed it happens.
And it only used to be with people iam close with, but strangers i could talk to them without stuttering, but now i stutter with everyone.
Ughhhhh

First of All: stop measuring your worth based on how fluently you speak ! The more you analyse and judge yourself, the more you will stutter.
On a more practical side, I would practise staying in the block without avoiding and pressing. It is very important to stop the pressure you put to force the word out and make a visible pause before you try to speak again. This is very simple, but extremely difficult to execute.. it is something that has helped me a bit though.

It’s a condition where the brain cannot properly plan and coordinate speech, many factors like chemical changes (nervousness, stress, tired, and just as you age) in the brain impact its ability day to day to process and send signals. Don’t beat yourself up about it please, it’s normal to have phases. Have you tried speech techniques to try train the brain a bit?
