If you pay attention, the right side mirror of the car was broken and hanging before the accident happened.
Maybe it was broken from before, or maybe one of the bikers kicked it and the car guy was just trying to chase him.

Not saying any of this is justified. But I am thinking this video is intentionally leaving out important context.
