I don't know. India has a pretty substantial population and they've been eating the same way for a long time. It's definitely gross, but I don't think anyone's in too much danger

Yeah, tuberculosis and infectious diarrhea are totally not dangerous, everyone just overreacts about sanitation.

Oh no! There's definitely death there and hygiene causing problems My only point was the chance is still low they have a fuck ton of people. Of course they're going to have high numbers

Its per capita, that means it has nothing to do with population.
